Antique gold serpent coil bracelet, the body woven from fine gold wire into a supple three coil spring, the head chased with scales and set with ruby eyes.
The mesh is a true woven tube rather than a stamped strip, which is what lets the coil open to the wrist and spring closed again. The head is modelled in the round with a hinged lower jaw, teeth and a tongue, and the tail finishes in a polished tapered tip. It wraps to fit most wrist sizes.
