Chopard Ice Cube: A Collector Guide

Ice Cube is Chopard’s line of small polished gold cubes set in rows, a clean, geometric design worn by men and women. Launched in 1999, it runs across rings, bracelets, bangles, earrings and pendants, in plain gold and with diamonds. This guide shows how to recognise a genuine Ice Cube piece and what decides its value.

Cubes in a row

Each piece is built from small cubes, slightly separated so light catches every edge. On rings the cubes run round the band; on bracelets they form a flexible line. Some cubes are paved with diamonds, others left as polished gold.

What is my Ice Cube piece worth?

Whether an Ice Cube piece holds its value comes down to the piece and its width, plain gold or diamonds, the gold colour, its condition (scratches, dented cubes), and whether you have the box and certificate. No box or certificate? We still buy it. We never publish figures.

Questions people ask

When did Chopard launch Ice Cube?

Chopard launched Ice Cube in 1999. It is built from small polished gold cubes, plain or set with diamonds, and runs across rings, bracelets, bangles, earrings and pendants for men and women. If you have one, send photographs and we will tell you more, free.

Is my Chopard Ice Cube genuine?

Start with the edges: genuine cubes are crisp, square and evenly spaced, never rounded or crowded. Then find the Chopard name, the serial and 750 stamped inside or on the clasp. One sign alone proves nothing. Photograph the stamp and the cubes, and we will tell you what we see, free.

How much is Chopard Ice Cube worth?

It depends on the piece and its width, plain gold or diamonds, the gold colour, the condition and whether you have the box and certificate, together with current demand. We do not publish prices. Send photographs for a free value inspection within one working day.

Can I sell Ice Cube without the box?

Yes. Ice Cube is often worn every day and the packaging put away and lost, which is normal. Chopard engraves a serial number on each piece, and that, with the cubes themselves, tells us what we need. Papers are welcome, but we buy without them.

My Ice Cube ring is scratched. Can I sell it?

Yes. The polished cubes show scratches easily, and we buy pieces with wear. Please do not have it polished elsewhere first, because polishing rounds the cube edges. Send photographs in good light. A short message with two or three photographs is all it takes to start.

Where can I sell Chopard Ice Cube?

To a buyer who checks the stamp and finish in person before paying. We buy Chopard directly: a free value inspection from photographs, then an appointment in Mayfair or at our Braintree office, post or free collection. You are paid the same day after inspection, by bank transfer or in cash.
