Is it safe to send jewellery by post?
Yes. FedEx and Royal Mail Special Delivery both track your parcel to our door, and it is signed for. Every parcel is covered by our own insurance up to £10,000 from the moment it leaves you until it reaches us, so you do not need to buy extra cover.
Does it cost anything to post jewellery to you?
No. The FedEx collection from your home is free. If you send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery instead, we refund the postage in full, whether or not you sell. Keep your receipt and send us the tracking number.
Do you buy broken or odd pieces?
Yes. Broken chains, single earrings and damaged pieces are welcome in the same parcel, and every piece is inspected individually.
Should I send the boxes and certificates?
Yes, if you have them. Pack designer boxes, receipts and diamond certificates flat inside the parcel with the jewellery. Pieces without them are welcome too.
When do I get paid?
We let you know as soon as your parcel arrives, inspect each item and send you our offer. Accept and you are paid the same day by bank transfer. There is no obligation.
What if I decline the offer?
We return everything to you at our cost, tracked and signed for. There is no fee and no obligation at any stage.
