Is it safe to send items by post?
Yes. FedEx and Royal Mail Special Delivery both track your parcel to our door, and it is signed for. Every parcel is covered by our own insurance up to £10,000 from the moment it leaves you until it reaches us, so you do not need to buy extra cover.
Does it cost anything to post items to you?
No. The FedEx collection from your home is free. If you send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery instead, we refund the postage in full, whether or not you sell. Keep your receipt and send us the tracking number.
What can I sell by post?
Gold and silver, jewellery from antique to designer, watches and pocket watches, and antique silver. Choose a category below, or book straight away from this page.
Should I use Royal Mail Signed For?
No. Royal Mail does not pay compensation for jewellery on its Signed For services. Use Special Delivery Guaranteed, or book our free FedEx collection.
Can I send items from outside the UK?
No. Our postal service and FedEx collections are for UK addresses only.
When do I get paid?
We let you know as soon as your parcel arrives, inspect each item and send you our offer. Accept and you are paid the same day by bank transfer. There is no obligation.
