Boucheron has sat on the Place Vendôme since 1893, and in 2004 it distilled its design language into Quatre — a ring that layers four of the house's signature motifs into a single architectural band. Bold, mixed-metal and unmistakable, Quatre is Boucheron's most recognisable modern line and a strong performer on the second-hand market.
The four signatures of Quatre
Quatre's band stacks four textured rows, each a Boucheron signature: the Clou de Paris (a fine pyramid grain), the Grosgrain (a ribbed, fabric-like line), the Double Godron (twin rounded ribs) and a diamond or plain row, usually mixing yellow, white and rose gold. Lines include Quatre Classique, Radiant, White, Black (with black PVD/ceramic) and Double White. Pieces span rings, bands, bracelets, earrings and pendants. Genuine pieces are signed Boucheron, numbered and hallmarked.
What drives a Quatre's value
Line & width
Wide "large" bands and bracelets carry more gold and value than the slim versions.
Diamonds & materials
Diamond-set and Black-edition (ceramic/PVD) pieces sit above plain three-gold.
Box & papers
Original certificate and box add value and reassure on authenticity.
Condition
Crisp textures, intact black ceramic, no heavy wear or polishing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Boucheron Quatre — common questions.
Does Boucheron Quatre hold its value?
Yes — as Boucheron's signature modern line it stays in demand, especially wide, diamond-set and Black-edition pieces with box and papers. Boucheron has surprisingly little resale competition, which helps genuine pieces sell.
What are the four textures?
Clou de Paris (pyramid grain), Grosgrain (ribbed line), Double Godron (twin ribs) and a diamond or plain row — usually in mixed yellow, white and rose gold.
How much is my Quatre worth?
It depends on the line (Classique, Radiant, White, Black), the width, any diamonds, condition and papers. Send a photo for a free, accurate valuation.
How do I know mine is genuine?
Genuine Quatre is signed Boucheron, numbered and hallmarked, with crisp, distinct textures and clean mixed-gold rows. Send photos of the signature and we'll confirm.
Do I need the box and papers?
No — we buy without them, but the certificate and box increase value and speed the sale.
Can you value it on WhatsApp?
