The 116519 is the white gold Daytona introduced in 2000 alongside calibre 4130, the first chronograph movement Rolex made in house after twelve years of using a modified Zenith El Primero. The serial places this watch in 2002 to 2003, so it carries the 4130.
The Racing dial is the version to have. Arabic numerals replace the applied batons and the minute track and counters are picked out in red against black, a treatment Rolex used on only part of the run.
The case is 40 mm in 18KT white gold with an engraved tachymetric bezel. The folding clasp is stamped 24550 and 750, so it is white gold to match the case. The original leather strap is included separately alongside the fitted rubber strap.
