An antique German silver drinking cup in the form of a traveller statue, made in Hanau circa late 18th century. The figure’s hat serves as a detachable lid for pouring and drinking, while the rucksack at the back was designed to store snacks alongside the drink. Fully hallmarked with German silver marks and stamped “13” (13 lots standard, equivalent to 812/1000).
