A finely crafted vintage pendant/brooch in 18kt yellow gold, designed with ornate openwork scrolling foliate motifs. The centre is set with a vibrant oval cabochon opal measuring approximately 15 × 10 mm, exhibiting strong play-of-colour with flashes of red, green, and blue. Surrounding the opal is a frame of 33 round brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.00 carat. The design is enhanced with a decorative bow motif and a diamond-set bale. The reverse incorporates a hinged pin fitting, allowing the jewel to be worn both as a pendant and as a brooch.
