Victorian diamond flower spray brooch with an en tremblant head, the flower mounted on a concealed spring so that it trembles and the stones catch the light as the wearer moves.
The spray is set throughout with old mine and rose cut diamonds in silver over a 9KT gold back, in the manner of the period, with a larger old cut at the heart of the flower and three collet set buds among the foliage. The stem carries a socket at its foot, the fitting used to mount a spray of this type into a tiara or hair frame.
