Psyduck graded Ace 10 Gem Mint, the art rare numbered 199 from the 2025 Japanese set Mega Dream ex, a Basic Water type with 70 HP.
Art rares take a common Pokemon out of the standard frame and set it into a full illustrated scene, here Psyduck standing in shallow water over a reef, the artwork by REND running past the usual border. Psyduck carries the Damp Ability and the Collide attack at 20 damage.
Art rares are pulled at far lower rates than the set's holo cards and are numbered beyond the printed set total, which is why this one reads 199 of 193.
