Each earring features a stylised skull motif set with round-cut ruby eyes, exhibiting a vivid pinkish-red hue, estimated at 0.03 carats each. The skulls are further adorned with 18 round black diamonds pavé-set into the forehead and mouth, adding a subtle contrast of sparkle and texture. The lower portion of each skull suspends a detailed feather-shaped gold drop, lending movement and symbolic edge to the design.

The hoops have a ridged finish for added texture and are fitted with secure hinge fastenings. Fully hallmarked to the reverse with the maker's mark and gold fineness stamp.
