A Victorian bar brooch crafted in 15kt yellow gold and silver. The design features a central open circular motif set with sapphires and diamonds, flanked by trios of natural pearls at each end. The diamonds are old European- and rose-cut, mounted in silver over gold, typical of the period. The reverse shows a closed-back gold setting with a Victorian-style tube hinge and c-clasp fitting.
