Vintage Omega watch case in brown pigskin grained leather, of unusual wedge form, stamped in gilt with the Omega symbol and name.
Most Omega boxes are rectangular card or plastic. This one is stitched leather shaped as a sloping wedge, closing with a strap and stud at one end. The top hinges back on the strap to show a dark suede cushion set in a fitted well, around which the watch is fastened, and a second gilt Omega stamp on the inner bridge.
