Large vintage Garrard & Co. jewellery presentation box in burgundy, the white silk lid stamped with the crown and the Crown Jewellers imprint of 112 Regent Street.
The imprint reads: By appointment to H.M. The Queen, Goldsmiths & Crown Jewellers, Garrard & Co. Ltd, 112 Regent Street W.1, set beneath a crown. It is the mark Garrard used after the move to Regent Street in 1952. At 24 cm by 8.5 cm the case is wide enough for a necklace laid flat or a broad bracelet, and the base is a plain padded velvet bed without slots, so it takes whatever is laid on it.
