Vintage ring box from Chas. Packer & Co. Ltd, Goldsmiths, 76 & 78 Regent St, the silk lid printed with the firm's circular stamp.
Charles Packer & Co. were Regent Street goldsmiths, and the stamp sets the name round a double ring with Goldsmiths across the centre. The case is a domed cube in grey brown grained leatherette edged with a row of gilt beads, and the base is a white velvet pad with a ring slot.
