Garrard kept a branch in Calcutta as well as its London house, and boxes naming the two cities together are far less often seen than the London imprint alone. The wording To H.M. The King places it before 1952. The case is a small cube in mottled brown leather and the base holds a velvet ring slot of 2.1 cm.
