Art Deco watch or bracelet box of the 1920s from W.A. Perry & Co., Watch Makers & Jewellers, Birmingham, lined in turquoise velvet.
The imprint carries the Birmingham arms and names Perry as contractors to the Corporation of Birmingham and the L.M.S. Railway Co., the railway formed in 1923. The case is long and slim in pale grey with a brass hinge, and the turquoise velvet bed is cut with a narrow channel for a cocktail watch or line bracelet.
