Diamond spray brooch in platinum, circa 1950s, a single larger diamond at the heart of a sculptural arrangement of looped ribbons and falling tassels.
The design is worked in the round rather than flat, with ribbons folding over and behind one another and three tapering tassels falling below, each finished with a claw set diamond at the tip. Baguettes run down the centre of the tassels and round brilliants pavé the ribbons, which is the contrast of cuts the 1950s used to give a spray its movement.
