An oval sapphire is collet set across the centre of a pointed navette plaque. From it, bands of calibre cut sapphire run outward to the two points, laid in parallel courses and separated by panels of diamonds, so the plaque reads as a series of stripes rather than a single field. It is the most architectural arrangement in the group.
