Vintage 9KT Gold Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

A vintage 9KT gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring set with one oval blue sapphire to the centre and two round blue sapphires to either side, framed by round-cut diamonds. The head is arranged in a classic elongated cluster form, giving the ring a bright and well-balanced appearance, while the shank has an unusual open-back design with ball finials.
